So sick of trying to find info about long cycles and all that comes up is "I have really long cycles, about 40 days, it's so annoying!" Give me a break 40 is NOT a long cycle. I'm lucky if I even ovulate by CD40! And all these women thinking that if they conceive on a 37 day cycle they are worried because they might have "bad egg quality' OH no! Such a long cycle. Pfft, long cycle my butt.
I here you Tasha. My cycles range from 35 days to 6 months (and that ended there because I was given primolut n). Puregon has been a godsend at giving me the opportunity to have shorter cycles but even then my last cycle was still longer than most people.
You start iui or ivf soon?? I hope it brings shorter cycles and that long awaited bfp. Hang in there hun.
I hear you. I usually O around then. My average is around 65 days, my longest has been 89 days. What I'd give for a regular cycle...even to just know when I'd O, same time each cycle, would be amazing!
I'm not TTC ATM, but I understand the long cycles thing. I'm currently about 3 months in. That's my usual cycle length when I go without medication. When I stop BF, I'm seriously considering asking my dr if I can go on metformin anyway. My cycles reduced to 33-45 days on that. I have PCOS too. I hope you get your BFP soon.
